sp diet Updates: Well, I thought I would share my progress with everyone since I myself am very impressed with myself that day, LOL. I'm totally thrilled to have to exercise and make it a part of my day. I know that without it, these figures would not be possible.
Here are the sp diet statistics:

Initial weight before the sp diet 244 pounds

9/18:. About the time I found SP (thank you God) 43.75 waist, bust = 48.5, Hips = 52.25 = 13.5, biceps, thighs = 23.75

9/29: Weight = 230, 48.5 bust, 13.5 Biceps (both), size = 43.75, Hips (aka my apron) 52.25, 23.75 Thighs

10/11: Weight = 224.6

10/14: Waist = 42, Hips = 52 = 13.5 neck, thigh = 22, biceps = 15, Bust = 48 (DK what happened here LOL!)

10/18: Weight = 223.6

10/20: size = 41.75, 13 = neck, thighs, hips = 22.5 = 51.5, Bust = 45.75

21/10: Weight = 222.4

10/22: Weight = 220.8

29/10: size = 41 = 51.5, hips, neck, chest = 13 = 46.75, thighs = 23.75

11/4: WT = 220.2, waist, hips = 41 = 51.5, neck = 13, Bust = 46.75, thigh = 21.25

11/8: Weight = 218

11/10: size = 41 = 50, hips, neck, chest = 13 = 45.5, thighs = 22

11/13: Weight = 217 11/15: Weight = 215 23/11: Weight = 213.4

11/24: WT = 212 size = 41.5, Hips = 50 Neck = 13, Bust = 44.5, thigh = 20, 12.5 Biceps

11/29: Weight = 210.6

12/4: WT = 209.2, waist, hips = 40 = 48.25, neck = 13, Bust = 44.5, thigh = 20, 12.5 Biceps

I do not know what a woman would want to publish sp diet these numbers for all to see (LOL), but here they are.

That's a total  of 16.5 inches and 35 pounds. Size N.W. to 16W. 4 pants sizes. I'm loving 'it! LOL!
